Four ways to workwith us in Norway
Most relationships start at the first step and go no further until that step has earned it. That is deliberate. You should not commit to representation before you know whether the market is worth the effort, and we should not represent something we do not yet understand.
What qualification with Norwegian operators actually requires, whether you need a Norwegian entity, what the realistic timeline looks like before revenue, and which three to five customers are worth approaching first. Delivered as advisory work, billed by the hour or on a short retainer.
A named point of contact in Norway. We attend the meetings, follow the tender processes, handle the local dialogue and make the introductions that are difficult to make from abroad. Retainer based, with a clear scope and a clear end date.
Ongoing commercial representation of your company in the Norwegian market, with agreed territory, targets and commercial terms. This is the model used by established representation firms in other regions, and it works the same way here.
Where an opportunity is substantial enough to warrant shared ownership rather than a fee, we are open to going in as a partner rather than a supplier. This is how we already work with selected projects on the investment side.
We are open about where we are: Løwen is a small, senior firm, not an agency with a warehouse and a service department. What we bring is access, judgement and time on the ground in Norway. If you need logistics and stock, you need a different partner, and we will say so.
